Founded in 2015, Oliva Restaurant Group is a collection of six restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia which explores founder Tal Baum’s cross-cultural upbringing. Oliva Restaurant Group exists to share flavorful moments that celebrate worldly cuisine, honor local ingredients, and deepen connections through memorable experiences. Each restaurant has a unique folklore that guests will experience and become a part of when they dine.
